This is a 60-minute session that will be focused on your own personal physical traits and characteristics as they relate to your running form. During this session we will:
- Take an in-depth look at your execution on key running technique drills
- Observe and record your running form in 3 key styles [smooth running, interval running, and hill running]
- Look at basic movement patterns that would affect your running
- Talk about particular form cues that would be helpful.
- Key technique drills and exercises that will enhance your run training.
- Technical form cues that you can use during your training
- Some appropriate KEY running sessions and concepts on how to progress them
- Strength and Mobility exercises that you can use to enhance and ensure power and longevity in your future run training.
